Quip Shed Comedy returns to Whitchurch Sports & Social Club on Saturday 18th July 2026 with another fantastic night of live stand-up comedy — and this line-up is one of the biggest yet.

Following previous sell-out comedy nights at the club, this latest event brings together award-winning comedians, familiar TV faces, and top acts from the UK comedy circuit for an evening packed with laughs from start to finish.

Whether you enjoy quick-fire stand-up, surreal storytelling, or sharp observational comedy, this night promises something for everyone.

🌟 Starring TV’s Aurie Styla

One of the headline acts for the evening is the brilliant Aurie Styla, whose stand-up has been described by the British Comedy Guide as “masterful entertainment.”

Aurie continues to establish himself as one of the UK comedy scene’s standout performers. In 2025, he earned recognition as one of the Just For Laughs New Faces of Comedy at the world-famous Montreal festival. Meanwhile, 2026 sees him perform at the prestigious Netflix Is A Joke Festival in Los Angeles.

His acclaimed comedy special GREEN received multiple 4 and 5-star reviews while also earning the Spirit of the Fringe Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

🎤 Surreal Comedy from Tony Law

Also joining the line-up is Canadian comedy favourite Tony Law, a master storyteller known for his surreal and unpredictable style.

Tony is a three-time Chortle Award winner, an Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee, and winner of the Amused Moose Best Show Award.

His extensive TV and radio credits include:

The evening also features Scottish comic Martin Graham, a Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year semi-finalist and writer for TV channel Dave.

Guiding the night from start to finish will be host David Lewis, an experienced MC and regular performer on the London comedy circuit. His work has featured across BBC2, ITVBe, 5Live, talkSPORT, BBC London, and BBC World Service.

Together, this line-up creates another huge comedy night at the club.
