This policy explains how Whitchurch Sports & Social Club manages www.yourwssc.com, who maintains the website, how digital content is produced and how any associated income is handled.

Because transparency matters, we clearly explain the responsibilities of both the Club and WRECKD Creative below.

1. Club-Funded Website Costs

Whitchurch Sports & Social Club pays the essential costs required to keep the website online.

These costs currently include:

Website hosting
Domain name registration

These payments cover the basic technical costs of running the website. However, they do not include payment for website management, design, content creation, marketing support or ongoing development.

2. Website Management & Creative Support

WRECKD Creative manages the Club website on a voluntary basis.

As part of this support, WRECKD Creative carries out a range of digital and creative work, including:

Updating pages and website content
Designing and developing website sections
Managing website security and performance
Creating new pages, features and functionality
Producing promotional graphics and artwork
Designing posters and event materials
Supporting social media content
Publishing Club news, events and important updates

Although this work can require significant time each month, Whitchurch Sports & Social Club does not currently pay WRECKD Creative for these services.

Therefore, the Club only covers the direct website costs listed above.

3. Use of Affiliate Links

Some pages or articles on the website may contain affiliate links.

When a visitor clicks an affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase, WRECKD Creative may receive a small commission. However, using an affiliate link does not normally increase the price paid by the visitor.

Affiliate links help support the time and resources required to manage, improve and develop the website.

Where appropriate, we will also identify affiliate content clearly so visitors understand when a link may generate commission.

4. Affiliate Income

Any affiliate commissions generated through www.yourwssc.com are received by WRECKD Creative and not by Whitchurch Sports & Social Club.

Whitchurch Sports & Social Club does not receive affiliate income from the website
Affiliate income remains separate from Club funds
WRECKD Creative currently provides website management and creative support to the Club voluntarily

However, if your enquiry relates to membership, events, venue hire, opening times, Club activities or any other general Club matter, please contact Whitchurch Sports & Social Club instead.
