An Update for Ticket Holders and Guests
We want to share an important update regarding Absolutely Dragulous Drag Bingo, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday 28th February 2026 at Whitchurch Sports & Social Club.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the performing duo has had to postpone the event. While this news is disappointing, please be assured that this is being treated as a postponement, not a cancellation.
We know many of you were looking forward to a night of glitter, glamour, and high-energy drag bingo entertainment. We were too. However, circumstances beyond our control mean we now need to move the event to a new date.
A New Date Is Coming Soon
We are currently working closely with the performers to secure a new date for Absolutely Dragulous Drag Bingo. As soon as this is confirmed, we will announce it across:
- Our website
- Our Facebook page
- Email updates to ticket holders
We are committed to bringing this popular event to Whitchurch Sports & Social Club as soon as possible.
What Happens to Your Tickets?
If you have already purchased tickets for Absolutely Dragulous via Eventbrite, here’s what you need to know:
- All tickets remain valid for the new date once confirmed.
- There is no need to take any action if you are happy to attend the rescheduled event.
However, we completely understand that new dates do not always work for everyone.
If you would prefer not to wait for the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund via the original payment method through Eventbrite.
If you have any questions about your ticket, please contact us or refer to your Eventbrite booking confirmation.
How to Request a Refund via Eventbrite
If you would prefer not to attend the rescheduled Absolutely Dragulous Drag Bingo event, you can request a refund directly through Eventbrite.
Refunds must be processed via the original booking platform and payment method. Whitchurch Sports & Social Club cannot manually refund Eventbrite bookings outside of the Eventbrite system.
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Eventbrite account.
- Go to your “Tickets” section.
- Select the booking for Absolutely Dragulous Drag Bingo.
- Choose the option to request a refund.
