Here at Whitchurch Sports & Social Club, we’ve got a busy and exciting events calendar lined up, with something for everyone to enjoy — and the best part is, we’re not done adding to it yet.
From live entertainment and charity fundraisers to community favourites and family-friendly activities, the coming months are shaping up to be some of our most action-packed yet.
🎉 Big Events Already Confirmed
We’ve already locked in several standout events, with more details available now and even more excitement to come.
Drag Bingo is something NEW to Whitchurch Sports and Social Club but promises to be a fun evening with a difference. Tickets for this are STRICTLY 18+. For more details and ticket info check out the full event page HERE.
Race Day at Newbury Racecourse is one of the highlights of the year. This popular social trip includes coach travel, breakfast at the club, race entry, food and drink vouchers, and a return drink back at the club. It’s a full day out with brilliant company and excellent value, and tickets are already available from the bar.
For live entertainment fans, we’re welcoming Jake Ward to the club for an evening of music spanning pop, rock, disco, and country. This event is free to members, with doors opening at 7pm, making it a great chance to enjoy live music in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We’re also proud to be hosting an Evening of Mediumship with Susie Gigg – Just Heavenly. Taking place on Saturday 14th March 2026. The event offers something a little different, with tickets priced at £7 for members and £10 for non-members. Doors open at 7pm, and tickets are available now.
Don’t forget the ever popular Quip Shed Comedy Night on 18th April. Tickets for this are already selling fast. Get yours HERE before its to late!
🥊 High-Energy Sports & Spectacle
Sports fans have plenty to look forward to this year. Fight Night returns on Saturday 25th April 2026, kicking off the first of three boxing instalments for the year. Delivered by Legacy Boxing Club from Andover, this promises an electric atmosphere, competitive bouts, and a proper night of live sporting entertainment. Ticket details will be released soon.
Later in the year, we’ll also be welcoming Wrestling back to the club on 11th July, a firm favourite that always draws a lively crowd and delivers big entertainment.
In addition, we’re planning three instalments of Boxing Plus, with full details to be confirmed closer to each date.
💚 Community Events That Make a Difference
We’re especially proud of our returning Macmillan Darts Marathon, taking place on Saturday 13th June 2026. This much-loved charity event sees darts thrown for 12 hours as we aim to reach 100,000 points, all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. Entry is free, donations are encouraged, and a donation page will be launching soon.
🎶 Regular Favourites & Family Fun
Alongside the bigger headline events, we continue to host regular favourites like Acoustic Sessions. These are relaxed and informal gatherings where everyone is welcome to play, sing, or simply enjoy the music.
We also have family-friendly events in the pipeline, including an Easter-themed kids events. Full details — including the confirmed date — coming very soon.
