Our new WSSC membership system launches on Thursday 15 October 2026, bringing digital membership cards, online accounts and a simpler way to manage your WSSC membership.
We’re pleased to announce that Whitchurch Sports & Social Club is introducing a brand-new membership system.
The new platform will modernise how we manage memberships and make it easier for members to access their membership details. Here’s what you need to know about the changeover, how to join or renew, and our upcoming membership prices.
👤 Existing Members – Activating Your Account
If you’re already a WSSC member and we have your email address on file, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your new membership portal.
Simply follow the link, activate your account and create a password.
Once your account is active, you’ll be able to access your membership information through the new system.

💷 Membership Prices – Join or Renew Before 1 November
We’re giving both existing and new members the opportunity to secure membership at our current prices until 31 October 2026.

The new prices take effect on 1 November 2026.
Whether you’re renewing or joining for the first time, make sure you complete your membership registration or renewal before the deadline to benefit from the current prices.
💳 How to Pay for Your Membership
During the initial launch of the new system, membership payments must still be made in person at the club.
Although members can activate their accounts and register online, payments cannot yet be completed through the membership portal.
Once the system is fully operational, online payment facilities will be introduced.
In the meantime, please visit the club to make your membership payment.
📱 Introducing Digital Membership Cards
One of the biggest changes is the introduction of digital membership cards.
Once you’ve activated your online account, you’ll be able to download and log into the membership app.
Your digital membership will include a personal QR code, which can be scanned at the club’s tills to verify your membership.
This means you’ll be able to access your membership directly from your mobile device without needing to carry a separate card.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
Don’t worry! We understand that digital membership won’t suit everyone.
Physical membership cards will remain available for members without access to a suitable mobile device.
These cards will be issued by request only, as digital membership will be our standard option going forward.
If you require a physical card, please speak to a member of the team at the club.
