Quip Shed Comedy Night Review
Another fantastic and regular event at WSSC took place on Saturday the 25th of Feb this year, and once again it didn’t disappoint.
Presented by the incredible Lyle Barke of Quip Shed Comedy, a top-tier compere and comedian, the night was packed with hilarious entertainment. Lyle effortlessly engaged with the audience, making them feel comfortable while keeping the laughter rolling. With a sold-out crowd at WSSC, the atmosphere was electric, and the jokes were flowing all night!
A Night of Stand-Up Comedy Gold
The first act a very popular TikTok performer Joe Foster and school teacher by trade, kicked off the evening with some fantastic jokes and stories from todays era , but had all ages in stitches with some sureal yet extremely funny content.
This was followed by the excellent Alex Mackeith all the way from London, who with his guitar had everyone laughing, probably a link to us older ones to the ‘Richard Digence era’ but wow he was funny, this guy is going to end up on the television soon, he was awesome, with his take on modern life and putting it to music.
Finally, Rich Wilson took to the stage—just a night before his appearance on ITVX! With his sharp observations on life, he proved why he’s one of the best in the business.
For just £15 per ticket, this show was an absolute steal! Great price for 4 acts and we just had to watch Rich on ITVX the following evening.
