Get Ready for a Country & Western Night with a Fun Beginner-Friendly Workshop
If you’ve ever wanted to try line dancing, now is the perfect chance to get involved.
Ahead of our upcoming Country & Western Night at Whitchurch Sports & Social Club, a special Beginners Line Dancing Workshop will take place on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at St Mary’s Hall in Overton.
The workshop gives people the chance to learn the basics in a relaxed and friendly environment. Even better, no previous experience is needed.
💃 A Full Walkthrough for Beginners
This session focuses entirely on beginners. Throughout the evening, attendees will learn the steps, movements, and dances at a comfortable pace.
As a result, it’s ideal for anyone who wants to build confidence before the Country & Western event at WSSC in July. However, it’s also perfect for people who simply fancy trying something new and having a good laugh along the way.
The evening runs from 7:30pm until 9:00pm and encourages a relaxed, social atmosphere. Guests can also bring their own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the session.
🎟 Free Entry for Country & Western Ticket Holders
Anyone who has already purchased tickets for the Country & Western Night on Saturday 4th July will receive free entry to the workshop.
For everyone else, tickets cost £10 per person.
So, whether you want to prepare for July’s event or just enjoy a fun evening out, this workshop offers a great opportunity to get involved.
